We just purchased a condo in Grand Lake, Colorado and spoke with The Spa Man about purchasing a hot tub for our new rental unit. They were very informative, professional, and helpful as we are new to the hot tub industry. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone who is in the market for a new hot tub and its maintenance. We will definitely purchase a Bullfrog Spa in the future!!

We have been using The Spa Man since Dan started on his own...with amazing hard work and a great entrepreneur spirit, he has built a wonderful business of trust, reliability that also stems to his amazing co-workers....I know our tub is in good hands! We recently bought a home in Winter Park with a hot tub. I have never had a hot tub before and know nothing about its maintenance. I called "The Spa Man", explained our situation and they sent John out to test the water, take a look at things and add any needed chemicals/filters. His customer service was fantastic. He was friendly, very helpful and informative, and thoughtfully explained how I could maintain it on my own (my goal). We plan to have him back every month or two to make sure we are not screwing anything up. I was very pleased with the great service we received and would highly recommend "The Spa Man".

We are delighted with our hot tub and our entire sales and service experience with the Spa Man. We shopped a LOT over six months -- online including Costco, spa dealers in Denver and Fraser, and the Spa Man in Granby. The Spa Man was the most direct dealer we experienced...and...he never said anything bad about any other spa or spa dealer. The Spa Man answered questions about his products and services and he encouraged us to visit other dealers and to "wet test" their spas. No pressure and no disrespecting the competition -- unbelievable! The Bullfrog spa is great; we loved personalizing our spa with size, colors, and jet paks selections. Installation was easy as the Spa Man and crew showed up on time and all went smoothly. This is our first spa so we have a lot of questions about chemicals, filters, and more -- we call or email and Sabrina gets back to us every time with patience and humor as some of our issues are very simple. Bought my hot tub from the spa man in Dec 2014, whole process was so easy, both Dan and Sabrina were incredibly helpful. Since then i've had a couple of user induced issues and they have been fantastic in getting them fixed. We have been using The Spa Man of Colorado to service our hot tub in our mountain home in Fraser, Colorado and could not be more happy with the service. Setting up the service was simple and communicating and dealing with the staff is always easy and pleasurable. As we have renters, we have found that the Spa Man is very responsive in dealing with any issues and we could not imagine trying to rent our property without the very responsive service they provide. In dealing with hot tub issues we have found they are always very proactive, fair and flexible. In fact one reason I was motivated to write this review is that we recently had a hot tub mechanical problem and I could not be more pleased at how well and fairly The Span Man helped us get the hot tub back in working order again! We recently contracted with The Spa Man of Colorado to service our hot tub in our mountain condo in Fraser, CO. We could not be more happy with the service. We have found that the Spa Man (a family owned local business) is very responsive in dealing with issues we have brought up! We had no experience in taking care of a Hot Tub and found that we were ill-equipped to do so. The Spa Man straightened it out with one visit and have kept it "up to snuff" since. The Span Man got the hot tub in working order and keeps it that way! If you have a home with a hot tub in Grand County, The Spa Man is your Man.

We purchased a town home in Winter Park and with it came a 10 year old hot tub that needed replacing. I asked several people around town who they would recommend for a hot tub company to use and everyone said "The Spa Man" in Granby. They were very helpful and walked us through all the options available which made it very easy for us to select the perfect hot tub for us. Everyone we worked with was extremely knowledgeable, professional and customer oriented. In addition to the tub we needed a new cement pad as ours was too small to fit the new tub. They not only poured a beautiful cement pad they hauled away the old tub, rerouted drainage and completed the entire electrical and mechanical installation. They are truly a one stop shop and we are very very pleased. We will be using them for monthly maintenance as well. I would highly recommend "The Spa Man of Colorado" if you are looking for a truly wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Very responsive and reliable in servicing and maintaining hot tubs, particularly at properties where the owners are not always on-site. Would recommend to anyone looking for hot tub service in the Grand County area.

Darren and the SpaMan crew provided excellent service. They installed our new hot tub before the scheduled date and shoveled through 2.5 feet of snow to do so. Love it!

Excellent customer service and workmanship are hard to find these days....but The Spa Man of Colorado provided both! Darren and Dan worked closely with us with short notice to repair our hot tub in the below-freezing cold temperatures of Winter Park, CO. They came out to our condo, thawed out the entire tub and hardware (all was frozen solid) and diagnosed the problem a day after I initially called them. Then they replaced the broken part in less than a week. The only waiting time was for the replacement part. The price was great and the customer service from the entire company was top-notch. This the second time they've repaired our hot tub for us and both times they were fast, polite and affordable. I cannot recommend this company enough. Great job!

Bought a tub from the Spa Man last October and have been using their service plan on a monthly basis. They go above and beyond with customer service. Any time I have had an issue, they promptly show up and help me to solve it. Great company.

We have used The Spa Man twice now and they have been amazing! Dan and Darren were both courteous and honest. After calling, one of them went to the property promptly and called with the problem and the fix within minutes. They have been so good to us and we will continue to use them for all our hot tub service.

All of other reviews sum it up pretty well. The customer service that you receive when you call The Spa Man is one of a kind, and is very unusual in today's world. We have had Dan go to our vacation rental cabin several times when renters were present, and when nobody was home. He has been there even on a Sunday when he was supposed to have a day off. He diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately each time he was there. The last time he was there I was expecting to have to pay for a new circuit board on my hot tub which likely would have cost close to $1,000. Dan took a look at it, changed some electronic settings on the circulation pump, and that fixed the issue. I can guarantee you that most people in today's world would just replace the circuit board, send you a bill for $1,000 and cash their paycheck. The Spa Man is different, they actually care about their customers...such a novel idea that is lost on most businesses today! Count me in as a customer for life. Thanks Dan!

Below is a note I sent to The Spa Man about one of their employees, Justin that provided outstanding customer service. Hi Sabrina and Dan, I just wanted to let you know that my daughter and I met Justin yesterday as he did our maintenance on our spa. Both she and I were impressed with him. My daughter said how kind and concerned he was. I noticed how customer focused he was and had awareness to immediately understand our concerns. We had one of the pieces (the tongue) off the Tuff spa that came off because I tried to bend it back. Picture is attached. The reason it was bent is because I think the previous renters must have sat on top of the hot tub and bent the tongue. Because of the bent tongue, when the hot tub cover was closed, it had a significant gap in the middle which was wasting energy and water. Justin fixed the issue. Justin and I also made both of our lives easier by turning on the rear house facet. He placed a Styrofoam cover to prevent any frozen pipe issues and said he would monitor it. Justin is a keeper. You did well on finding him. I'm glad my daughter and I got the chance to meet him. He gives me additional confidence that The Spa Man continues to be best of breed. Thank you, and please thank Justin for us as well.

Don't go anywhere else! I've used Spa Man several times and they are prompt, courteous and have the best prices in the valley. I had a broken spa pump - and frustrated renter - and Darren was able to replace the pump that afternoon. Happy renter and less gray hair for me. Love these guys!!

Fantastic place to get a hot tub! I cannot recommend Dan and his crew highly enough. I've had my hot tub serviced twice since I got it and Spa Man was quick to respond and efficient while they were here. It is so nice to know that they are just a phone call away! When I was first looking around the area for a hot tub dealer, I asked people who they used and The Spa Man was mentioned over and over. No wonder everyone uses them - they are the best, hands down.

These guys are fantastic. They did NOT give me one reason to even consider buying from anywhere else. From the initial order, to the delivery and setup, to the walk thru, to the explantations of chemical treatments, they were great! Dan (the owner) personally managed the install process, but to be honest, his team was all over it and I have no doubt that they would have done a great job with or without his presence. They were all highly positive and professional. Plus the quality of the Bullfrog product seems more appropriate for our climate than some others that I initially looked at. They are local, they have been doing business in GC for a long time, they seem vested in the community and they simply care about their customers and the quality of their products and services. Due to circumstances at the time, I did not buy a hot tub from them. But I called them yesterday morning because my hot tub kept tripping the breaker. By mid-afternoon Adam was here and had it running within an hour. Great service!

Bought a Bull Frog Spa from Spa Man about a year ago. I shopped in the Denver area thinking it would be cheaper in "the city". WRONG! The same exact Spa was actually more expensive, plus if it ever needed service, even under warranty they would charge for the trip up to Granby. When I did have a recent issue it was taken care of the very next day, with a follow up call from the owner and of course no charge. I also love that they don't mark up their prices on chemicals. Great family owned business and very helpful and friendly staff. Looking for a spa or service in Grand County. Shop local! You will be glad you did!

I purchased a Bullfrog hot tub from SpaMan in late December '25, had it installed early Jan '26 on a 2nd-level deck under a partial roof (more than 50% of the hot tub footprint is under this roof overhang). The deck faces a natural area behind our home, so they had to crane the hot tub over the building from the parking lot (opposite side of the building), pull it under the overhang and squeeze it into our very small deck with about 4 inches of total clearance (7' hot tub into a 7'4" opening between the building wall and deck rail). They made it look easy. I'm very happy with the installation, the hot tub itself, and the briefing they gave me onsite at startup. I do use their twice-weekly maintenance service. Regarding the purchase, install, startup and the maintenance service, communication has been very professional and courteous, and the service has been perfectly reliable.
