Comprehensive Spa Care For Your Peace of Mind

A hot tub gets used in every season, and the water carries it all. Most of the expensive repairs we see come from the same root cause: water that quietly drifted out of balance over months until something gave. A maintenance program is the simplest way to keep that from happening to your spa.
What We Do
On every visit, one of our water care technicians will:
- Test and balance your water chemistry using our chemicals
- Adjust water levels and top off as needed
- Inspect, rinse, or replace your filters on the right cadence
- Check and adjust filtration cycles
- Skim and remove debris
- Flag anything that does not look right and report back the same day, before it becomes a real problem
Skip this for too long and the consequences add up quickly. Sanitizer drops and bacteria grow. Biofilm coats the plumbing and shields itself from your chemistry. Out of balance pH eats heater elements. Scale forms on pump seals. Filters turn into restrictors. And most spa warranties, including Bullfrog's, can be voided by damage caused by neglected water chemistry.
How It Works
You set the schedule. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, before each rental guest arrives, or on call only — whatever fits how your spa actually gets used. We adjust as that changes.
After every visit, you receive a same-day notification telling you exactly when we were there and what was done. We bill on a trailing basis at the start of the following month, so there is no upfront commitment and no surprise charges.
For vacation rentals, we coordinate with your booking calendar so the spa is ready before each guest checks in.
Program Monthly Cost
Our program rates are broken down by the first visit and any additional visits within a given month.
We bill on a trailing basis. You will be invoiced at the beginning of each month for any maintenance performed during the previous month.
Set against the cost of a premature heater, a failed pump, or a refused warranty claim, regular maintenance is essentially cheap insurance. You also get back the time you would otherwise spend balancing pH at nine at night. You bought the spa, not the spa job.
Start a Maintenance Program
If your spa has been on its own for a while, this is the easiest thing you can do for it. We will assess the water, get it back where it should be, and put your tub on a schedule that fits the way you actually use it.
