We didn't start as a spa dealer. We started as a service company, and that difference still shapes everything we do.
How did The Spa Man get started?
Our founder, Dan, started out fixing hot tubs, not selling them. Years in the field meant our techs saw firsthand which spas held up through Colorado winters and which ones didn't. Bullfrog kept coming out on top: fewer breakdowns, easier repairs. That's the entire reason we became a Bullfrog dealer, and it's still the only brand we sell today.
We didn't pick a brand first and build a service story around it. We picked the brand our own service history proved was worth standing behind.
Why are we still family-owned?
Because it works. Family-owned since 2007, we've grown from a single service tech into Colorado's largest Bullfrog Spas dealer, now serving Granby, Frisco, Avon, and Evergreen. But growth hasn't changed how we operate: you get a direct line to the people who actually installed or service your spa, not a call center.
Who do we build our business around?
We live here. We're locals who work in these mountain towns, not a company that flew in for the season. That's why we care about the people who bring real value to our communities: second homeowners and short-term rental hosts who can't always be on-site themselves.
You're not here every week to keep an eye on your spa. We are. You handle owning the property. We handle the hot tub.
