How do JetPak massages work?

Every Bullfrog Spa comes with the patented JetPak Therapy System™ — a set of modular seat backs, each with its own massage configuration. Pop one out, move it to a different seat, and adjust the pressure to dial in exactly what you want. No other spa lets you customize your massage like this.

How energy efficient are Bullfrog Spas?

Bullfrog Spas are the most energy efficient in their class. The EnergySave design fully insulates the spa so heat stays in instead of escaping to the cold outside air, and the plumbing runs submerged in the hot water so heat gets recycled rather than lost. Every single model meets or exceeds California Energy Commission (CEC) standards — some of the strictest energy requirements in the country.

How durable is a Bullfrog Spa?

Built to last, backed by a lifetime warranty on the frame and base pan. Bullfrog Spas are manufactured in Salt Lake City and built with an injection-molded frame and sealed ABS base pan that resist rust, rot, mold, and mildew. That sealed base also keeps moisture, rodents, and insects from getting in and causing damage. Your spa begins and ends its journey right here in the Rocky Mountains, through The Spa Man.

What makes a Bullfrog Spa's engineering different?

Far less plumbing than the average hot tub — and that's a good thing. Most spas run 600-700 feet of plumbing; Bullfrog Spas use 85 feet or less. Less plumbing means more power going to your massage and higher overall efficiency. Every frame piece is injection molded too, so parts fit precisely every time, with none of the variance you get from other manufacturing methods.

What's actually covered under warranty?

Coverage is strongest on the parts most likely to matter long-term, and it varies by series. The frame and base pan carry a lifetime warranty on our A-Series spas — meaning it lasts for the life of the original owner. Pumps, heaters, and controls are covered for 5 years on A-Series (3 years on X-Series), and surface finish is covered for 7 years on A-Series (3 years on X-Series). Lighting, audio, and water care systems carry a 1-year warranty.
