Do you only work on Bullfrog Spas?

No. We repair and service every hot tub brand, not just the ones we sell. Bullfrog is the only spa we sell as a dealer, because it's what our own techs trust after years in the field. But our service side works on whatever you already own; Sundance, Jacuzzi, CalSpa, Hot Spring, and everything in between. If it's a hot tub in the mountains, we can work on it.

What kind of repairs do you handle?

Everything from a spa that won't heat to one that's frozen solid. Our techs diagnose the problem on-site, and if we need to order a part, we'll get you an honest timeline instead of a runaround.

Do you offer ongoing water care and maintenance?

Yes, on whatever schedule works for you. During every visit, we test and balance your water chemistry, check and adjust water levels, rinse or replace filters, check filtration cycles, and clear out debris. If we spot a mechanical issue while we're there, we'll flag it to you or your property manager right away so it gets fixed before it becomes a bigger problem.

Why use local techs instead of a national chain?

Because we live here too. Our techs have serviced hot tubs through actual Colorado winters for years, across Granby, Frisco, Avon, and Evergreen. We know what altitude, snow load, and freeze-thaw cycles do to a spa over time, because we've seen it firsthand on hundreds of tubs in these exact mountain towns. That's not something a call center three states away can offer.
